About Usul

We’re the youngest founders to ever win a US Defense contract. Over the past year, we’ve helped Global 500 companies including RTX, BAE Systems, Palantir and Ukrainian drone manufacturers win $12B in contracts across 30 NATO nations.

You’ll be a backend platform engineer building the core platform infrastructure that world governments will use daily to acquire any technology at the speed of relevance.

Who we’re looking for

  • 2-8 YOE backend infra experience
  • Experience with several of the following: Python, DevOps, Bash, Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP, and agentic/LLM tooling.
  • Bonus: Typescript
  • Has passion for solving mission-critical national security problems
