About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team building cutting-edge AI agent interfaces. You will architect and deliver production-grade web applications using Next, React, and TypeScript in a modern monorepo architecture. This role requires high autonomy, the ability to ship fast without compromising quality, and thriving in ambiguity while building AI-powered products at scale.

What You’ll Work On

• Architect scalable frontend systems using Next, React, and TypeScript in a Turborepo monorepo
• Design and maintain shared component libraries using shadcn/ui patterns and Radix UI primitives
• Build sophisticated AI agent interfaces including conversational UIs
• Optimize for performance: Core Web Vitals, bundle size, runtime performance, and perceived speed
• Implement responsive, accessible designs that work seamlessly across devices
• Integrate with backend services handling real-time data, streaming responses, and state synchronization

Required Skills

Must Have

• React & Next.js - 3+ years frontend experience, expert React (including Server Components, Actions), production Next.js App Router experience
• TypeScript - Deep expertise with advanced types, generics, conditional types, strict mode
• Modern CSS - Tailwind CSS (preferably v4), responsive design, animations
• State Management - Advanced experience with Jotai atoms, TanStack Query for server state/caching, React Hook Form + Zod
• Monorepo - Hands-on experience with Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, or similar
• Component Systems - Experience building design systems with shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or similar headless libraries
• Performance - Proven track record optimizing bundle size, render performance, Core Web Vitals
• API Integration - REST APIs, WebSockets, SSE (Server-Sent Events), real-time data synchronization

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI/ML product interfaces (chat interfaces, streaming responses)
• Motion/animation expertise (Framer Motion)
• Browser automation & E2E testing (Playwright, Cypress)
• Advanced TypeScript patterns (mapped types, template literal types, branded types)
• CI/CD pipeline experience, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Monitoring and observability (Sentry, DataDog, LogRocket)
