Job description

  • Design and build agentic platforms, agent harnesses, and agent factories from the ground up.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven application solutions and agentic workflows for enterprise environments.
  • Design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures.
  • Engineer and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deploy, operate, and optimize cloud-native applications using Kubernetes.
  • Integrate AI-powered solutions with enterprise systems, legacy infrastructure, and existing technology platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with client architects, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on software engineering and cloud delivery experience
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, cloud architecture, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Proven experience designing and building agentic platforms, agent harnesses, or agent factories from scratch
  • Strong experience in AI application solution design and agentic workflows
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications in complex enterprise environments
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with legacy infrastructure and enterprise systems
  • Strong technical communication and collaboration skills with senior architects and engineering leadership

Good-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries, including mainframe and core banking platform integration
  • Experience modernizing legacy applications and integrating them with cloud-native and AI-powered solutions
